Capital One Talent Stories

Writing for Capital One Talent Brand, I co-wrote this script with our very talented internal creative team.

In support of Capital One recruiting (the Data/Business Analyst pipeline), the goal of this OLV was to recreate the awareness around how you can succeed in a Capital One career.

By leading with juxtaposition, or that sense of unexpectedness which improves the standout potential of any ad: We communicated to talent prospects that at Capital One Careers, no dream or career is too crazy or out of reach. Thus, broadening
the target audience base, which as Byron Sharp likes to say is "How Brands Grow."
